FastPixel is fully compatible with iThemes Security, however, iThemes Security includes a feature that blocks file modifications and the addition of new files. To ensure that our plugin can write cache files correctly, certain settings may need adjustment.

Disabling the File Protection feature #

FastPixel needs to write cache files to the disk, so in this case, the File Protection feature in iThemes Security should be disabled.

The File Protection feature can be disabled by going to iThemes Security > Advanced > System Tweaks > Disable “Protect System Files“
